When you need ultra-fine droplet-sized sprays for evaporative cooling, moisturization, atomization and humidification , Sprayvectors are the answer. Using compressed air, these liquid atomizing devices create micron and sub-micron sized spray droplets for greater surface coverage than conventional nozzle.

Vortex’s Curtain Transvector? Air Knives efficiently blowoff  wide surfaces of debris as well as provide high speed drying for a broad range of industrial applications. Ionizing Curtain Transvectors? Add a Static Neutralizing Bar to kill static cling and discharge dust and particles for blowoff.

Vortex Coolers are an affordable, low maintenance, and easy to install alternative for thermal management of electrical cabinets and control panels. Using  filtered compressed air and vortex tube technology. Vortex Coolers provide cooling capacities to 5000 BTUH and maintain NEMA 4,4X and 12 Ratings.

Cold Air Guns use filtered compressed air (80-100 PSIG) and vortex tube technology to product sub-zero air for industrial spot cooling. Cold air machining eliminates mist coolants and heat-related parts growth while improving tool life, parts tolerance and surface finish quality.

Vortex Tubes are and effective, low cost solution to a wide variety of industrial spot and process cooling needs. With no moving parts, a vortex tube spins compressed air to separate the air the air into cold and hot air streams. While French physicist Georges Ranque is credited with inventing the vortex tube in 1930, Vortex was the first company to develop and apply this phenomenon into practical and effective cooling

Use Cold Air Tubes as an effective cooling component on machinery and equipment to dissipate or minimize unwanted heat that can lead to wear and failures. Protect heat-sensitive controls. Components and parts in high temperature conditions. Extend tool life on fabrication and machining equipment with subzero airflows. Use refrigerated air to increase production on automated assembly or process involving a cooling cycle.
