Daishin Vibrator DV series

The vibrator DV Series produce minute vibration that ensures smooth drop of work pieces that tends to get stuck in an inclined chute. The controller MH-1N is to be used.

Daishin Timer Controller

The ON time and OFF time of the valve can be set individually, on and off delay timers are provided for operation, the part sensor within the bowl can be connected directly and connection of remote input with the bowl feeder conroller allows operation only during bowl operation.

Daishin Elevator Hoppers SHE-Series

The SHE-series Elevator Hoppers are hoppers combining a caterpillar belt and air cylinder. The caterpillar type belt ensures constant supply of work pieces.Also, work pieces do not get stuck at the exit. Installation is easy due to space saving design and work pieces can be introduced with ease due to the low position of the tank. Made of stainless steel, this series can be pit to wide range of applications, including food processing.

Daishin Hoppers SH-1.0/SH-1.5 to 60

The SH-series are hoppers combining a belt conveyor with an air cylinder. The belt conveyor is operated at pitch feed. so that parts (or workpieces) are supplied to the parts feeder at a fixed rate. Also, no parts will remain in the hopper.

General-purpose controller MH-1N

This general-purpose controller is to be used to control the vibration of a magnetic parts feeder, linear feeder, auxiliary hopper, etc, individually. The controller with soft start function (MH-1N-S) is available for certain applications.

PLC Programmable Controller

The dedicated PLC (programmable controller) box "PCU" installed side by side with the IX series controller will structure an optimum system for your application quite readily. PCU (Programmable Controller Unit).

System Controller IX-01/02/IX-05/Vibration sensor

The Controller IX Series are inverter controllers with digital feedback function dedicated to use with electromagnetic vibrators. They are full-digitally controlled (microcomputer control), and the standard feedback function assures highly reliable supply of control signals.Also, despite the full-digital control, easy operability gives you almost an analog feel.

Daishin Linear Feeder DL-50B/DL-65B/DL-100B

The B-series Linear Feeders, which minimize vibration by rubber vibration isolator held between the vibrator and mounting base, can be installed in all sorts of environment.These are widely used linear feeders.

The F-series Linear Feeders reduce vibration by flat springs and a balance weight held between the vibrator and mounting base. The structure without lateral shaking is optimal for conveyance of not only thin but also ordinary small objects.
